What we look for

We are seeking candidates with relevant qualifications in Southern Ontario who can demonstrate expertise in the fundamental aspects of property inspection:

  • Certification: Relevant qualifications in Ontario, including InterNACHI (CPI, CMI) or equivalent certifications (RHI).
  • Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of construction, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Code Familiarity: Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in the geographic area.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to safely move into difficult-to-access areas, such as crawl spaces or attics.
  • Transportation: Access to reliable transportation to properties across our service areas.
  • Equipment Use: Familiarity with surveying equipment, moisture testers, wiring testers, and other equipment used during inspections.
