SELL your home faster & easier with our

Sellers "Pre-Listing" Home Inspections

Home Inspections aren’t just for buyers anymore! We have seen a dramatic increase in the number of inspections performed for the seller rather than the buyer in the form of a “Pre-Listing” or “Seller‘s Inspection.”

  • Bring more buyers to the table, creating a better negotiating environment for both sellers and buyers.
  • Offer transparency so the buyer knows exactly what they are purchasing.
  • With the home’s condition disclosed at the beginning rather than the end of the process, things move more quickly and smoothly.
  • Provide sellers with an accurate third-party view on the condition of the house prior to putting your house on the market.
  • Eliminates surprise defects and allows problems to be corrected or at least acknowledged, prior to putting your house on the market.
  • It is a win-win situation, with less liability for all.

The inspection report package includes:

  • A detailed inspection report with ALL the information that the inspector gathered throughout the inspection.
  • Pictures of defects taken during the inspection, illustrating all issues and defects that require your attention, embedded and annotated in the report to clearly identify and communicate the location and severity of defects.
  • A priority defect and major expense summary for the home, containing any information of particular importance or time criticality.
  • Every model and serial number is recorded and monitored for manufacturer recalls and safety warnings.

We do not believe that our service should end with the conclusion of the home inspection. We are available as a lifetime resource for as long as you own the property, should questions or concerns arise, and encourage our clients to do so.
