Cottage Inspections

The inspection report package includes:

  • A comprehensive cottage inspection report outlining all findings gathered during the assessment, including key systems such as the well, septic system, and any wood burning appliances.
  • Pictures of defects taken during the inspection, illustrating all issues and defects that require your attention, embedded and annotated in the report to clearly identify and communicate the location and severity of defects.
  • A priority defect and major expense summary for the home, containing any information of particular importance or time criticality.

*Inspection of the well, septic system, scope, and wood-burning appliances is available as an add-on service and is not included in the base inspection fee.
